Coaching is an interactive process in which the coach or trainer and the person or group involved in the process seeking the most effective way to achieve the objectives using their own resources and skills.
Next Tuesday September 23, Jorge Gómez Noguera, professional coach, will give a talk about what we can accomplish with coaching: to maximize our ability to achieve goals, increase motivation of employees in enterprises.
